Credentials fight
Lisa V. Davis is arguing that she and the rest of her faction should be the Directors from WBAI. She's saying that the bylaws require delegates to be seated at the LSB meeting. Well, they wouldn't have done that at the April 23, meeting in any case. Her arguments hold no water. So if they were going to be at that April 23, meeting the delegates would still be illegal, by her argument because the Delegates' Assembly scheduled for April 23, was scheduled before the LSB meeting of that date.
And this is the March PNB meeting being held in April! Gimme a break! Talk about adhering to the bylaws!
