The PDF attached [below] is a chart of the declining pledge numbers at WBAI, 2004 - 2008.

There had been some talk that the number of pledges had increased.
This appears to have been wishful thinking and not correctly documented.

There had also been talk that the amoung per pledge had declined.
This is not shown in this particular chart (more to come), but that unfortunately appears to be accurate.

The PDF attached [below], compiled by Frank LeFever for the Programming Committee, is a more all-in-one chart of the declining pledge numbers at WBAI, 2004 - 2008.

Pleae note that it does not include Pledge figures for Winter 2009, which were even lower than 2008. The exact number of pledges reported is: 5862 for Winter 2009.

Graphs poorly done

Every graph starts with a different year. There is no logic to the presentation of data. If you are looking for a historical presentation of data, especially incomplete data, you need to start with the past. You can't compare the graphs because of this. You don't start in reverse chronological order then switch to chronological order.
