Director Hauptman writes:

• ballot pick up - JaNay told me that she and Casey will be picking up the listener member ballots from the annex to the left of the Berkeley Main Post Office on Allston Way (between Shattuck and Milvia) at 10 am this Friday.  If anyone wants to witness the ballot pick up they can meet JaNay and Casey there.
• ballot counting volunteers needed - volunteers needed for ballot counting on Friday at the Bay Area Alternative Press, located at 1847 Alcatraz between Adeline and Shattuck.
• ballot counting times - Friday, 11/16, beginning at 11 am - 8 pm. listener candidates can observe only but cannot interfere in any way with the ballot counting process.
• ballot deadline tomorrow midnight - ballots can be dropped off at KPFA tomorrow.  There is already a locked box at the station in the entrance hallway.  JaNay will be at the station on Thursday to receive ballots in person between  4pm - Midnight
