There are two categories of elections for your Local Station Board.One is for Listener Sponsors and certified Volunteers, who elect eighteen (18) Delegates. Elections are staggered with half the LSB elected at a time.The second category is for Paid and Unpaid Staff at each station, electing six (6) Delegates to the 24-member board. The term of office for each elected Delegate is three (3) years.To VOTE as a LISTENER SPONSOR: Join one of the 5 stations listed below, at the rate of at least $25 per year per member. You may vote at only one station. Annual membership must be paid by August 31, 2007.To VOTE as a VOLUNTEER: Contact your station to ask about volunteer opportunities, and do at least three (3) hours of certified volunteer work in the year preceeding August 31, 2007. This will qualify you to vote for Listener Sponsor Delegates.To VOTE as UNPAID STAFF: Be a member of your station's "Unpaid Staff Organization" or "Unpaid Staff Collective Bargaining Unit", or do at least thirty (30) hours of certified volunteer work for the station during the three (3) months preceeding August 31, 2007.
